International Conference on Electrodes for Aluminium Smelters

Following the success of the four previous conferences the Innovation Centre of Iceland and Quartz Business Media are pleased to announce the 5th International Conference on Electrodes and Support Services for Primary Aluminium Smelters (Incorporating the 5th Rodding Conference).

To be held on 10 - 12 May 2011 at the Hilton Nordica Hotel, Reykjavik, Iceland, the conference provides a unique opportunity for all those involved in anode rodding and support services and cathode installation and repair to discuss recent technological advances and explore developments in the aluminium industry.
 
The previous event in 2008 was attended by 125 delegates from smelters across the world.
 
An exhibition of relevant equipment will accompany the event and there will be an opportunity to visit one or more of Iceland’s current three smelters.
